Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or return for STORE CREDIT ONLY. To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

RBTS DOES NOT PROVIDE RETURN SHIPPING COSTS FOR ANY ITEMS.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, color, or another item of the same value, you will need to first return your original item(s). Once that item is received and accepted, you will be issued a RBTS gift card (either physical or digital if not local) that can be used towards any future purchases.


Refunds

Raised by the South accepts returns for up to 14 days from original purchase date. Items may be exchanged for an alternate size or color, or store credit will be placed on a gift card for the cost of the item(s). RBTS DOES NOT REFUND FOR PURCHASES.
